Strength training

Training is rehab

Whether you’re on the search for the right personal trainer who will help you achieve the goals you’ve set forth for yourself or you’re tired of going to a commercial gym and seeing no results then look no further. Our facility is 4,000 sq ft with 9 squat rack stations, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, weighted sled and 600 sq ft of turf for dry land training.

We offer group training sessions where one coach is working with 3-4 clients per hour. Coaches ensure that the ratio never exceeds 1:4! Sessions are offered in the mornings on the hour starting from 6am until 12 pm on weekdays Monday-Thursday. Evening sessions run from 3-7 pm.

Training packages also include access to Circuit Training which clients perform on their own at our facility with programming provided by their coach. Regardless of whether your goal is: weight loss/gain, increase strength, improve confidence and learn how to properly train with barbells/weights. We have a systemized approach which has been tested for over 10 years while producing jaw-dropping results.

What are some types of strength training exercises?

Strength training exercises are essential for people of all ages. They help improve muscle mass and bone density and make everyday activities easier. There are many different types of strength training exercises, but some of the most popular ones include lifting weights, using resistance bands, and doing bodyweight exercises.

Lifting weights is a great way to build strength, and there are many different ways to do it. You can lift weights with your hands or use machines at the gym.

Resistance bands are another option for strength training, and they offer a lot of versatility. You can use them to do exercises like pull-ups, rows, and triceps dips.

Bodyweight exercises are a type of strength training that uses your own body weight as resistance. These exercises can be done anywhere and don’t require any equipment. Some popular bodyweight exercises include push-ups, sit-ups, and squats..

What does a strength training program include?

A strength training program includes exercises that are designed to build muscle and improve your overall strength. These programs typically include a variety of different exercises that target different muscle groups. A well-rounded strength-training program should include exercises for the chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core.

The coaches at Fit Nation are simply the best! Ben has guided and helped me through my journey to a healthier lifestyle; and provided the right stretches to work out my knee issues. I highly recommended the gym, as they become more than your coaches, they become family.
