Custom workout programs in a group setting
We offer personal workout training to help people of all fitness levels achieve their desired results. Our facility features 4,000 square feet of equipment, including kettlebells, racks, and barbells. Whether you’re looking to slim down for the summer or bulk up for the winter, our certified trainers will create a custom workout plan tailored just for you.
Our system includes working in small groups instead of one-on-one sessions. This systemized approach has been tested for over ten years while producing jaw-dropping results. You never need to worry about not receiving individual attention. Our groups never have more than four people per coach. The setting also helps to motivate and provide accountability which is vital for long-term success.

Custom development programs for athletes
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting, our athlete development program can help you take your game to the next level. With the help of our certified trainers, we’ll develop a custom training plan that’s designed to help you reach your full potential.
Gavin Khangura, our Senior Coach, is the brain behind our FIT Nation Athlete Development Program. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and furthered his education with the CSCS, which is the highest certification a strength and conditioning coach can get in the nation.
The program is focused towards:
- Learn the fundamentals of each exercise in terms of proper technique.
- Improve your speed and agility.
- Improve your gait mechanics

Strength & muscle workout programs
Our strength training program is for you if you’re looking to build strength and muscle. Our certified trainers will help you develop the strength and power to reach your goals using various equipment. We’ll also work with you to improve your form and technique to stay safe and injury-free.
Our certified trainers will lead you through a series of exercises designed to help you reach your goals. And because we believe that variety is the key to keeping things interesting, we’ll change up the routine regularly to keep you challenged.
Rehab is training
If you’re recovering from an injury or surgery, our active rehab program can help you get back on your feet. Our registered kinesiologists will work with you to regain your strength and mobility to live a healthy and active life. We’ll also help prevent future injuries by teaching you how to care for your body correctly
We have a clinician’s area where we can assist with pain management and restorative care for clients. There is also a 4,000 sq ft building outside the clinic that includes kettlebells, therabands, powerbands, indoor turf, barbells/squat racks, sleds, and an Olympic lifting platform. Our dual treatment room offers the most efficient rehabilitation treatment possible.
We primarily focus on identifying your job environment and the problems linked with chronic or acute pain. If you’re in pain doing everyday tasks, it implies your demands have surpassed your capacity. Active rehab will help you manage this pain safely while improving your strength.
Rehab for Motor Vehicle Accidents
The ICBC Rehabilitation program is a 12-week program that helps people who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident. The program includes physical, occupational, and psychological therapy, as well as education about how to manage pain and return to work. The goal of the program is to help people regain their independence and quality of life. The ICBC Rehabilitation program has been shown to be effective in reducing pain, improving function, and reducing the need for pain medication. In addition, the program has been shown to reduce the risk of re-injury and improve employment outcomes.

Our 4,000 sqft facility is equipped with 9 squat rack stations, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, weighted sleds, and 600 sqft of indoor turf for dryland training. This combined with the best-in-class coaches offers clients an elevated and unique experience each time you walk through the door!
