What Does a Typical Group Workout Training Session Contain?

A typical group workout training session will last for 60 minutes. The class will start with a warm-up and then move into the main workout. Our instructors are highly trained in working with injuries. One of our credos is training is rehab, rehab is training and we can make modifications to your program according to your limitations. After the main workout, there will be a cool-down period.

Classes are available for all fitness levels, from beginner to trained athletes. Also, in our group training sessions, one coach works with only 3-4 clients per hour. We made efforts to ensure they are never more than four clients per group.

There are several advantages to working out in a group rather than by yourself. First, you’ll be able to socialize and make new friends while you’re getting in shape.
